These Terms govern the rental of roll-off dumpsters and related services from Clark's Dumpsters of Ithaca in Ithaca, NY and surrounding areas. By booking, you agree to these Terms.
Rental Period & Pricing
Standard rentals include a 7-day period and a set weight allowance per size. Overages by weight or extended rental days may incur additional charges, which we will disclose before applying.
Placement & Access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and accessible placement for the dumpster. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by normal placement and removal, though we take reasonable care.
Prohibited Materials
Hazardous waste, liquids, tires, batteries, and appliances containing refrigerant may not be placed in the dumpster. Prohibited items found during disposal may result in additional fees.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
